India runs on Chai! No matter what city, village or metro you are in, you will always have a Chaiwalla selling piping hot Chai at every nook and corner.
"Cutting" Chai is a term synonymous with ordering a cup (or glass) of tea at these Chaiwallas.
This variation of the Street Style Chai has a bold flavor of CTC (crush, tear curl) tea mixed with ginger, cardamom, and varying spices.
This is your go-to cup if you like your chai strong with bold ginger notes.
